We know how challenging organising large groups can be, that’s why we offer the opportunity to pay a deposit to secure your booking, and full payment is due 7 days before the date of the booking.

Whilst we wish the answer was yes, there are some restrictions. We are on the first floor up a flight of stairs, making us inaccessible to those who are wheelchair bound. However, if you are able to get up the stairs, our games are accessible if playing in a group of mixed mobility. Our rooms all have music playing for a fully immersive experience, we have this at a set volume. Should you require the volume to be altered, let your game master know. One of our games has lighting that may trigger those with photosensitive epilepsy, just let your game master know and we can alter the game.

Escape rooms are just fun. This isn’t a pub quiz, no knowledge is required. Everything you need to know is right there in the game with you. It’s normal to be anxious about an activity if you haven’t done it before, but we are positive everyone in the team will have a fantastic time. If you have any queries about specific worries, please let us know and we will do our best to give you all the answers you need. Just remember, no one is locked in our games at any point, you are free to leave as you need (but the clock won’t stop ticking).

Not a problem. Let us know a time, date and a rough number of players so we can check availability and make an initial reservation. We then require a non-refundable minimum deposit of £50 per game, for the number of games thought to be required, and the rest is due 7 days before the date of the booking. Let us know final numbers by the payment date, and we can adjust the amount due.

Larger groups always need more time than the average team. If you are trying to book multiple things in one day, then allow 90 minutes from the booking time. 90 minutes allows time for use of the toilets, introduction/game brief, 60 minutes game play, debrief and team photo, time reveal if requested and everyone to leave.

Please ensure everyone arrives on time. We cannot allow early access to our building, and lateness may affect game play. Anyone who misses the game brief will not be allowed entry to the game.

PLEASE NOTE: We only have 2 toilets onsite, so if you are able to use facilities elsewhere, it allows the experience to not overrun.

20 players is the maximum we can have on site at one time. It’s not the total amount we can have in one day. If you have more than 20 players, it’s not a problem, we can spread your team out over the day. You’ll need to email us to arrange the details: business@pressurepointescaperooms.co.uk

We will need 90 minutes for each group of up to 20 people. This means, if you have 40 people, the total time will be 3 hours - 90 minutes for the first 20 people, 90 minutes for the second 20 people. We do not have any facilities on site for people to wait, if you aren’t due to play, you will need to be off site.
